This is a small quote-unquote puzzle designed to get solvers to use the browse and bookmark functions in the Library during the opening ten minutes (before the first opening puzzles unlock).

Navigating to the noted page in the library reveals the following text:

Author’s Notes

This was the hardest puzzle in the entire hunt to write.

...nah, just kidding.

It was, however, one of the last ones to get written; we decided in the last month or two that there should be a puzzle encouraging people to check out the Library and use its systems (particularly ones which would be relevant in future puzzles); so, as part of my task list one day, I just sat down and finished it in about ten minutes.
